“Transform” is a book on building and increasing your mentality in order to bring change to your body and life. It is difficult to transform your body, whether you want to lose weight or increase muscle, so besides nutrition and exercise, mental health is also important in transforming yourself.

According to the author, mental health plays a critical role in health and wellness, and it is important to maintain mental strength in order to motivate yourself to make positive changes in your life. One of the things I liked best about this book is that the methods and tips shared by the author are based on her personal experiences, making the book more realistic.

This book will assist you in a variety of ways. It will assist you in determining what you want to change and why you want to change it; it will teach you how to focus on your goals; and it will teach you how to become the hero of your own life.This book has a wealth of information that will benefit you at different stages of your life.

Cover page of the book is catchy and interesting,title is perfectly relevant to the content.I must appreciate the author’s work for writing this book,she survived her own obstacles.Narration is fast paced.Book has the capability to hook you from the very first page.

A fantastic self help book meant for people of all age groups.This book will give you the motivation in bringing change to your body.

As a wellness coach married to a personal trainer, I have found that exercise and nutrition are easy to teach. Workout programs are added to a person’s schedule to include cardio, strength training and flexibility.
